WORLD EVENTS | Payment InformationNon Marchers: Enclose Band Information form in an envelope and return when you audition or to the FCHS Band by May 1, 2003. A $25.00 membership fee is due when you audition to help cover the cost of music, instrument repair, etc. Marchers: Enclose Band Information form in an envelope and return when you audition or to the FCHS Band by May 1, 2003. A $100.00 marching deposit is due when you audition. Initial fee for marching will be __$650.00__ for 2003/2004 which will cover band camp*see attached.
* There may be additional expenses for supplies such as but not limited to uniform accessories (shoes, gloves, shirts, etc. which will be available in the "Band Store").
* There may also be additional expenses for mandatory away performances and competitions. In the past away competitions cost an estimated $250.00
* The balance of the marching fee is payable by the following methods:
Cash Only Option: 2 equal payments of $275.00. For your convenience payment coupons have been included for June 1st and July 1st.
Volunteer Credit Option: 2 equal payments of $200.00 with a commitment to earn three volunteer credits to offset the fee. For your convenience payment coupons have been included for June 1 and July 1.
* 5% discount for all accounts paid in full by July 1, and a 5% penalty will be applied to all balances outstanding as of July 1.
* Failure to pay by the end of the first semester will result in a school obligation. This is an administrative process to handle all student fees that are not paid. Students who carry an obligation do not receive schedules or grades until their account is cleared.
* If a definite financial need is supported by documentation your child may be eligible for reduced band fees. If you feel that your family has a definite financial need for assistance please write a letter to the Band Executive Board stating your circumstance before May 15th. Mail this to the FCHS Band Boosters at PO Box 444, Fayetteville, GA 30214, or place in an envelope in the box in the band room. You may be asked to support your request. Your request will be reviewed by the board and a reply will be given. You will also be asked to participate in our band fundraisers. |
