The Fayette County Band Boosters have established a Student Accounts Program to keep an accurate record of the money each student has credited to his/her account to cover major band expenses. In order to keep this a manageable program for our 200 plus students, the following guidelines have been established.

Money will be credited to a student's account in the following ways:

Deposit of checks or money orders made out to Fayette County High School Band Boosters

Credits from Fayette County High School Band Boosters authorized individual fundraisers

After a written request is received, money will be disbursed from a student's account for the following expenses:

Band Camp

Band Sponsored Trips

Auxiliary Uniform Expenses

All-State

District Honor Band

Additional Band Programs as determined by the Directors

The money in each student's account will remain as a credit until he/she graduates. Any balance in the account upon graduation will be disbursed in one of the following ways. It will first go directly to a younger sibling in the Fayette County High School Band program. If there is no sibling in the band program, within 3 months following graduation, the money will be transferred to the Band Boosters Organization.

 Payments may also be placed in the brown wooden box in the FCHS Band room. Be sure to include your student's name on the check so you will receive proper credit to his/her account.
